What do you like most?
That Paraty understands the hotel business, not just the technology. The booking engine is a solid and flexible tool, but what makes the difference is having behind a team that thinks about conversion, direct channel, and profitability, just like us. In a group with hotels and customer profiles very different, being able to adapt the booking experience to each property without losing control or consistency is key. And with Ring2Travel we have professionalized telephone sales, which for us is a high-value channel. They are a strategic partner, not just another provider.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Every product can and should always improve, but for me, what matters is the attitude of the partner, and that is where Paraty stands out. They listen, understand what we need, and stay up-to-date in a very competitive technological environment, which changes quickly and where it is not easy to do so. That ability to evolve with us is precisely what makes us not consider changing.
