What do you like most?
HiJiffy is a very solid tool. It is easy to build a knowledge base so the AI chatbot can answer guests with real depth. It integrates with our booking engine, so guests can book directly from the bot. Our WhatsApp messaging campaigns work as nicely as the bot.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Guests cannot complete a reservation from inside WhatsApp itself. We work around it by sending the booking link after check-in, so it is not a big deal, but booking directly in WhatsApp would make it even better.
