What do you like most?
Easy to navigate, easy access to Customer Service, User-friendly interface, Detailed insights and reports. Easy connectivity and mapping across different channels and OTAs. Atharva was very helpful with the onboarding process and in explaining everything about Dynamic Pricing.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The design and additional operations for the direct booking engine could be better. Possibility to match the booking engine design to our own website so it looks seamless could have been a plus.
