In addition, the account management we receive from Karen is exceptional; she is always available to support us, provides valuable guidance, and has built a strong partnership with our business.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only area we would suggest for improvement is the resolution time for more complex technical issues. Whilst the support team is always helpful and engaged, some technical challenges can take time to investigate and resolve, which can occasionally impact operational efficiency. Greater visibility of progress and faster turnaround times where possible would be welcomed.
