What do you like most?
It is easy to navigate through, and I love the Calendar and the Booking Views. I also really like the direct email functionality that automatically logs under the bookings.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are many steps to take when creating BEO's. Having to go back and forth from the Booking itself to enter information so that it carries through to the BEO is time-consuming. I would rather be able to make all edits within the BEO when I am working on it.
