What do you like most?
The Guestbook provides my small independent hotel amplified visibility and property awareness through partnership sites and the loyalty base. Staff enrollment incentives are also great, with direct incentive payouts.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I feel like the reporting is basic and not very comprehensive. Deeper guest profiles would provide opportunity for more personalized services and experiences.
