What do you like most?
Honestly, how easy it is to work with. Smart Host is built for us, so we didn’t need IT to get going, and our personal success manager helps whenever we want to try something new. Add the reporting on opens, clicks and revenue from campaign bookings, and we can actually see which emails pay off for Elvano Apartments. Over 90% of the bookings are direct bookings!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If we could pick one thing, it would be more connections to the other hotel software we work with. The PMS link is strong and gives us a solid guest profile, but more of our day happens in other tools, and we’d love to see guest data flow there too. That would save us some manual steps and make the profile even more useful for the whole team.
