What do you like most?
Instant feedback on pace, being able to target segmented gaps on the horizon with actions, historical lost business and non-repeat access enables us to target pro-actively for more business. It is a life-saver for forecasting and budgeting, saving hundreds of hours per year.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Would be great if when seeing enquiry pace from previous years, if there was a little icon which denoted if the enquiry went ahead or not.
