What do you like most?
Advanced response assistant, good overview, flexible evaluation methods, clear tables, competitor comparison, display of room number and length of stay, huge selection of languages.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
An alarm system would also be nice. For example, if a negative aspect appears 5 times in the reviews always in the same room, the program should notify someone by email itself. It should immediately report with a repair suggestion or a solution approach on how to improve/optimize this room or solve the problem.
