What do you like most?
It is a very simple and efficient system to use, it does what it says on the tin, and is quick and easy to get quotes out in a busy situation.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It is a shame the designers don't listen to the users before they develop new parts to the system. We come up with ideas to develop the systems and the services offered to the customers but the designers (who are obviously not hoteliers) come up with something similar but not what we asked for. So close but yet so far.
