What do you like most?
The speed with which the company adapts to market demands and continuously develops the tool is impressive. The price-performance ratio is excellent, and the investment in SaaS more than pays for itself within just a few weeks.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A user manual for the software would be a welcome improvement. While much of it is self-explanatory, some potential lies hidden within the system's depths. The manual could be made available online or offered as context-sensitive help.
