What do you like most?
Flexkeeping has been a great tool for managing our housekeeping operations. It’s made day-to-day tasks much more organized and easier to track. Lost and found control has improved a lot, with better logging and follow-up. The system works really well for maintenance tasks, decorating and painting, as well as deep cleaning and pre-arrival tasks. PPM schedules are clear and easy to manage, helping us stay on top of routine maintenance. Flexkeeping also helps ensure VIP amenities, room stripping, and minibar checks are done properly. Recently, we’ve added gardening tasks, which has made managing outdoor areas much smoother too. Overall, it’s been a reliable and practical system that supports high standards across the whole HSK operation.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great to have more colour options to change room statuses, so rooms can be easily used for different purposes. Having rooms show dinner times directly in Flexkeeping would also help, as it would remove the need for a separate list. More organization within task codes would be really useful too, such as using different colors for different types of tasks (pre-arrival, deep cleaning, product, etc.). This would make it quicker and easier for the team to identify priorities at a glance and improve overall efficiency.
