What do you like most?
I love how user friendly it is and all the customizable options. The customer support is unbelievable and I can't thank them enough for helping us retrieve data that an outgoing employee deleted.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be nice to see some AI features for template creations for future versions. This would help new associates navigate new templates more easily.
