What do you like most?
I like HUB because it makes our daily work much easier and more efficient. It helps us organize tasks, monitor progress, identify issues and ensure that standards and procedures are followed. It also improves communication between teams and gives us better control over hotel operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be very useful if room attendants and supervisors could see whether a maintenance issue has already been reported when they enter a new one. They currently cannot see the existing reports, so they often report the same issue again, resulting in multiple reports for the same problem in the same room. Being able to view existing maintenance reports would help prevent duplicates and improve the follow-up process.
