What do you like most?
A well-designed, cloud-based PMS/POS system that is intuitive and clearly laid out; fast and helpful response from premium support; good help and community pages; simple and functional interfaces; easy and logical setup; the university for understanding the system is well-structured, and the live sessions for individual departments are helpful.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some functions haven't been fully thought through yet – for example, simple ones where, when you specify a start date, the end date doesn't change accordingly to, say, the relevant month, or titles like "Dr." aren't displayed in either the application forms or the documents themselves.
