What do you like most?
The support received from Morgaine to get my contract templates specifically created for Hotel Vista Sierra was thorough and appreciated. I couldn't have done it without her as I am task force support Marriott International and learning a new CRM system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
API connectivity to Marriott Reservations/Booking Systems to create seamless tracking. Currently having to build room blocks in two different systems because they do not connect/talk to each other.
