What do you like most?
Event Temple impresses with its high degree of flexibility and exceptionally intuitive operation. The software is quick to learn, clearly structured, and efficiently supports teams in their daily workflows. The dynamic development pace is particularly noteworthy: new features and optimizations are regularly released, continuously improving the system and noticeably adapting to user needs. The guest experience is also outstanding. The user interface is modern, clear, and appealing, allowing for the smooth and professional presentation of inquiries, bookings, and quote processes. Overall, Event Temple offers a powerful, user-friendly, and future-proof solution that excels both internally and in guest communication.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Despite Event Temple's many strengths, there are a few areas where we believe the solution should be further optimized. Unfortunately, the German translations are not yet consistently implemented throughout the entire system. There are recurring instances where the language or terminology is incomplete or incorrectly represented. Since approximately 90% of our guests are German-speaking, this is clearly noticeable and sometimes frustrating in our daily work. Additionally, automatic translation of templates and layouts is missing – a feature that is now largely standard in comparable software systems. Another issue is rounding errors in price calculations. These currently force us to manually adjust individual items, which is both time-consuming and increases the risk of discrepancies. Especially with tax-relevant surcharges or discounts, absolutely clean, transparent, and consistent calculations are essential. The software clearly shows weaknesses in this area. Furthermore, we would like a better overall view of the occupancy of our event spaces – both on a monthly and annual basis. Quickly available, clear capacity information is crucial for day-to-day operations, and current methods are too time-consuming to provide this information. Despite these drawbacks, the advantages of Event Temple clearly outweigh the disadvantages. The cloud infrastructure, robust interfaces, audit-proof documentation of all processes, and extensive automation offer us significant added value in daily use.
