What do you like most?
Great tool for communication between departments. Similar to our log book however, not everyone sees the book all the time. One central location for everyone to view anything from guest needs to maintenance issues to housekeeping changes
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Maybe inform us of guest responses on the "home" screen instead of having to look for them
