What do you like most?
As a hotel manager, I am always looking for technology that really improves our daily operations and works well within our existing hotel tech stack. We use Mews as our PMS, Flexkeeping for operational workflows, and MARA for review management. For us, the combination works extremely well. What I particularly like is how MARA connects guest feedback with our daily operations: it is fully integrated with Mews, allowing relevant information to be added directly as guest notes, and with Flexkeeping, where maintenance issues mentioned in reviews can be turned into operational tasks. Especially across multiple hotels and platforms, responding to reviews can be very time-consuming. MARA has significantly reduced this workload while still allowing us to maintain our individual tone of voice. The platform is intuitive, the AI-generated responses are consistently strong, and our team can easily personalize them whenever needed. For me, MARA is a great example of how AI should be used in hospitality: not to replace the personal touch, but to automate repetitive work, connect guest feedback with hotel operations, and give our teams more time to focus on our guests. Definitely a solution I would recommend to other hoteliers, especially those looking to build a connected and automated hotel tech stack.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area for improvement would be even more flexibility in customizing responses across multiple properties and brands. This would make an already very efficient tool even better for hotel groups.
