What do you like most?
An easy to use platform where you can manage the behavior of your AI agent. The setup process is very simple, especially when integrating it with OTA platforms and social media. The support team responds very quickly and provides fast, helpful assistance. The support provided by the Customer Success Manager is very helpful and much appreciated.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I don’t see any areas that need improvement. As a hotel chain, we are completely satisfied with the AI behavior settings and everything else.
