What do you like most?
This program makes it so much easier to keep track of all items/services and tracking purposes. We have been with ALICE since 2017 and we would not change a thing. Great staff.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes it would be nice to actually speak to a person, especially when you are in a time crunch and all is collapsing.
