What do you like most?
We've been using onboard for years and wouldn't want to be without this intuitive tool for recruiting and talent management. Its operation is so logically structured that no training period was really necessary. My absolute favorite feature is the one-click login and connection to accounting: changes are automatically transferred, eliminating manual rework and saving a tremendous amount of time. The workflows and internal communication with department heads about new applicants also significantly simplify day-to-day hotel operations. Furthermore, the support is truly 5-star quality: fast, clear, practical, and always very friendly.
