What do you like most?
The platform is incredibly user-friendly and has significantly simplified our daily operations. However, what truly sets Turneo apart from any other provider are the people. ​Fran, as a co-founder, is exceptionally approachable and genuinely eager to help at any moment. ​Danijela is fantastic at what she does—always accessible and ready to provide support whenever we need it. ​Bruno is, in my opinion, the absolute star of the Turneo team. He understands our needs perfectly, is always available, and resolves every situation with a smile. ​Turneo’s success clearly stems from the kindness and genuine dedication of their staff. They don't just provide a service; they act as true partners.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly, it is hard to find flaws when the support is this responsive. I look forward to seeing more automated features in the future, but for now, I am extremely satisfied with how everything functions.
