What do you like most?
What I love most about Event Temple is how organized it allows me to be throughout the entire sales process. As a Director of Sales managing everything from prospecting and proposals to contracting and event detailing, having everything in one place is incredibly valuable. The task management and tracking features are especially helpful. I can stay on top of incoming leads, follow-ups, and upcoming groups without letting anything fall through the cracks. I also appreciate how easy it is to manage my sales pipeline and keep track of where each piece of business stands. Event Temple has really helped me create a more efficient workflow, stay organized, and spend more time focusing on what I enjoy most, which is building relationships with clients and bringing in new business!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would love to see a prospecting and business development feature incorporated into Event Temple! Perhaps something that provides insight into businesses within our local market, corporate travel trends, and potential group opportunities. Having access to market intelligence and booking trends would be incredibly valuable when identifying new accounts and developing sales strategies. I could also see this being offered as an optional add-on service for properties looking to expand their prospecting capabilities. I think this would be a fantastic addition to an already great sales platform!
