What do you like most?
I really appreciate how easily the platform connects with reservation channels like Booking.com, Google, and other review sites, as well as with our internal systems. Being able to link reviews directly to guest reservations is a huge advantage, as it helps us identify and analyze patterns, including issues related to specific rooms. The AI-generated replies are very useful and help us respond quickly and consistently. I also find the statistics and dashboards easy to understand, intuitive, and visually clear. Overall, the platform has become a valuable tool for both guest communication and operational improvements.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area for improvement would be the filtering and status visibility of reviews. It can sometimes be unclear whether a review has been answered, is not yet published, or is still pending. Greater clarity in this area would help make the workflow more intuitive and user-friendly.
