What do you like most?
Since our property used the SiteMinder, our operation become very efficient in pricing, inventory and mapping for all our OTAs connections. Since we use the Booking Engine, it is very good and we create promotional packages, which gives us more visibility and results in more bookings. Rate shopping also helps us with our strategies on our promotion.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The SiteMinder system is very good. But we wish the SiteMinder Booking Engine would improve, especially additional promotional features and more attractive in term of the display and design. Thank you.
