What do you like most?
The ability to automatically enter addresses, even for customers coming from Wi-Fi, and to eliminate the offers of those we predict might penalize our ratings. The ability to distribute review requests among the portals at alternating times. Responding quickly from a single platform is another advantage we consider important, along with being able to quickly consult the list of those who have yet to respond.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The service is quite expensive. This winter, we would like to evaluate other suppliers who have already offered services during the season and who provide the same service at a lower price.
