There is a wide range of options for analyzing the reviews, which is very useful. sometimes to much: However, I would personally appreciate a slightly more user-friendly interface. For example, I’d like to quickly see how the breakfast service was rated in July or what guests are saying about the general condition of the building. I would prefer to access this kind of information at a glance. Sometimes the charts are overloaded with data, which makes it easy to lose sight of specific details. I really appreciate that my personal advisor, Ricardo de Matos, is available by email and phone to quickly provide information and support.

When answering questions with AI, it would be advantageous not only to be able to influence the answer using fixed templates, but also to be able to provide suggestions before answering using a separate field. Editing answers afterward is a bit cumbersome, as the text field keeps jumping up and down. It would be advantageous to generate a summary of individual keywords in reports, as a PDF. It's a shame the arbitration process is no longer available. Changes to the settings should be made so that you don't have to edit each individual hotel, only when necessary.

However, I believe some options are not available for the super admin and we have to go through the Customer Support which can be time consuming.Overall, I believe that Customer Alliance effectively meets our business needs, and their support team is excellent and responsive. While some options may require assistance from Customer Support, which can take a bit of time, their helpful and professional service ensures we get the assistance we need. I appreciate their dedication to providing ongoing support and look forward to seeing continued improvements.
