What do you like most?
Every time we need help because we can't remember how to do it, they are very helpful and at the same time so nice. They are never running out of time for our questions.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At the moment I only can say maybe they could work on the problem with expedia third party bookings - because they don't go through the system. But they know and I am sure they will solve this problem.
