What do you like most?
Users (reception and sales team and manager) feedback and continuous platform improvement. Reports and sales process automation capabilities. Newsletter automatizations etc.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Hard to say, the think to change for us is find the resolution to sell family rooms (two connected rooms with also can be sell as two separate rooms in the same time). I'm still waiting to see the Profitroom hotel system to check the demo.
