What do you like most?
We have migrated the majority of our websites from other platforms to Milestone because we love that we can view data and manage our CMS in one portal. We don't have to login to separate systems for each website (currently manage over 30 websites). In addition, we have confidence that our websites stay ADA compliant because of the Milestone platform and their team's knowledge. Most important for us, every team member we have worked with at Milestone has been great to work with and always helpful! I highly suggest Milestone as they have been a great partner for us and we will continue to seek them out for our website development and continual upgrades.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would like to manage access ourselves without having to require Milestone to add, remove or update users and the sites they should have access to.
