What do you like most?
- Single tool to integrate multi-property PMS data, - Rich and actionable guest profiles with data shared across properties and option to build your own loyalty scheme, - One stop shop for both pre-stay messaging and upsells, as well as central email marketing communication, - Ability to create very detailed guests segments, for different needs, - Most of the tools rely on automation.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Each hotel has the same issue - multiple profiles with similar guest data in the PMS. The ML-powered Profile Synthesis is helping to merge profiles, but is not yet perfect in my opinion. It is a fairly new feature, so I am sure it will improve over time.
