What do you like most?
I am able to assign tasks to my staff whether it be, front desk notes for the shift change or a maintenance emergency that needs to be resolved right way. I also enjoy the direct messaging feature so staff and management can be on the same page for guest service and relations. HelloShift keeps everything streamlined.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Being able to sort tasks I have assigned to different departments. Perhaps adding a filtering mode where I can see ONLY housekeeping tasks or maintenance tasks.
