What do you like most?
- Reaching more customers, different target markets, and giving the option to our clients and fans to buy gifts - Extra earnings for the company , new channels of communications
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- Give clients the opportunity to create/delete vouchers from the backend platform and more flexibility to make updates directly on the system. Approval process, so the support team can review approve the changes before going live - Enter alterations/new info on only 1 language, automatic translationg would save us time and work
