Good customer care, well built training program for new users, constant evolution of the software to improve the experience. Multilingual
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
IA process and tasks visibility. Once I had an investment application when me as GM could click approve for other approvers . Task adressed to two receipients- first one received and I was not even notified until I entered sender's name.
