What do you like most?
I like most that Mobile ordering is very convenient for the guest and the employee. It reminds me of Uber eats most of the guest that use it loves it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
What I think could be improved is that a manager or supervisor should be able to mark the item that is unavailable that day. So that the customers wouldn’t have to pay for something that they are not getting because it’s unavailable. Going through a whole process for a refund is inconvenient for the guest. mobile ordering is for the experience to be quicker and easier.
