What do you like most?
Innovation is a must in almost all industries. Hospitality being one of them. I’ve dedicated my entire professional life to hospitality and I understand the cost innovation may have in the guest experience. It takes time to a team to re adapt and learn a new process. What I like the most of HotBot is that eventhough the change in operation is sustancial, the pain to go through it was minimal to the team and massive for the guest experience. Aside from this, the service and support you receive from the HotBot team makes it even more seeming less.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
To be frank what could’ve been better was the anticipation of specifics from our team. Such as the importance of having all products photographed for the incorporation of HotBot.
