What do you like most?
The interactive Rate Shopper allows for a user-friendly Rate Management. The interface setup, and the granular filter controls give the user the capability to dive in to the data, draw conclusions and act, all at the same time. Phenomenal!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The rate overview section allows for monthly view. I would like to have a broader range, to view the entire season simultaneously. This would give me an advanced perspective, allowing for comparison between Occupancies and Pricing between different periods of the season. From what I have discussed, however, this is already in the works. The Hotellistat team is committed to keep evolving with the times, to always have a platform that offers its users a competitive advantage in Revenue Management, and beyond.
