What do you like most?
Whenever guest or service related issue occurs, every staff can see and share the situation right away. Thus it makes easier to resolve problems.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For now it is good for communication between colleagues. Personally hope that it should develope contactless check-in more efficiantly, offering other features such as breakfast option etc.
