What do you like most?
Jody Mekes, owner of Hotel Central in Roosendaal, and I am very happy with Woby. Thanks to Woby, our guests can easily order food and drinks via their phone, without downloading a separate app. This has helped us with the theft issues in the minibars, as guests can now order room service from any room through Woby. Working with the Woby team has always been pleasant and their support is great. Our orders now automatically arrive at the right place via Oracle Simphony, which makes our work much easier. In addition, Woby has an integration with our Oracle Opera PMS system, allowing guests to book their room validated. Of course, guests who prefer to pay online can also do so.
