What do you like most?
Benefits of this software: 1. All Communication is in one platform. 2. Templates are easy to use and easy to put together. 3. Easy to manage payments and request payments from customers. 4. Staff can comment on events without the client seeing. 5. I like being able to keep all signed contracts in one place. 6. The reports are very helpful. You can create all different types of reports. 7. The daily task digest is super helpful in remembering when to perform certain tasks for events.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Improvements: 1. make it easier to create or update proposals. 2. Make it easier to see what the client is seeing. 3. There is not a place to put in equipment needs. It would be nice to have another print option that would allow you to list specific items needed for each event. Similar to a loading list that could be shared with staff. 5. It would be nice to have a space to give additional kitchen instructions or detailed recipes.
