What do you like most?
These tablets are very useful to help minimize calls through our AYS agents. Guests are able to look up local information, hotel offers, call for valet to retrieve cars and place in-room dining orders, taking the burden off of the hotel operators.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The 2 way-messaging feature between guests and operators could be improved. Guests are able to send messages with ease but we are unable to respond on the device.
