What do you like most?
MEWS is a very modern PMS/POS. The ease of use and the large number of integrations make daily workflows easier and enable the best service for guests. Automation in many areas can save a lot of time and minimize sources of error, thus eliminating errors. A well-organized team helps with the setup and the first steps, as well as when help is needed. There are always new and useful features and improvements. It seems as if the development team has an incredible number of ideas and is allowed to implement them. As a hotel, we are really excited and we particularly like the integration of the POS. Here, too, the setup and the change from the previous provider went smoothly and without any problems. The clear interface and the highly customizable reporting system is exactly what a hotel or restaurant needs!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I am sure that it will happen soon: The invoice amount will automatically be reduced by the commission in the event of no-shows so that the VCC can be charged correctly (so far the amount has to be reduced manually and the debit fails). Hopefully the no-shows will also soon be automatically transferred to the OTAs so that manual reporting is no longer necessary.
