What do you like most?
BCV has enabled us to keep focused on all Marketing priorities while maintaining our Social response profile. Their quick and on trend responses give us confidence in their services.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One enhancement potentially would be to have multi group routing for questions to their corporate customers. For instance, IT is always lumped in with the Operation team whenever BCV has a questions that only Corporate office can answer. So if Ops questions could go to the Ops group, IT questions go to the IT team, etc.
