What do you like most?
I like that the checkbook is in real time and in a central location for all managers. The system when used to its potential is a great tool. It should be a "one stop shop" for ordering, tracking and receiving.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I wish that the managers were better trained on the capability the program has. Very few utilize it for ordering and receiving. Most simply enter the info to get the required PO. Unless there is a catalog, supplies are ordered outside Birchstreet and then a confirming PO completed. This is more a training issue than a program issue. We had the opportunity for ongoing training but it was cost prohibitive.
