What do you like most?
Laasie has an amazing staff that is dedicated to their product and customer. Laasie is easy to work with and takes on a lot of the execution work to get rewards to our guests. Laasie also provided best practices to ensure that we launched a campaign constant monitoring to ensure success. This includes recommendations on marketing that highlights these rewards if you book direct. Overall, we have seen great lift in our direct bookings and engagement.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would like to expand and provide more on-property offerings through Lassie. There are no improvements that Laasie would need to complete.
