What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

LaaSie makes it simple and easy for independent hotels to offer loyalty rewards without having to officially have a loyalty program. Plus, the app is integrated into our booking engine in such a way that it doesn't feel obtrusive or look out of place.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

The system of rewards is completely unique from all other direct booking tools. They offer rewards from airlines, retailers, tour groups — practical rewards that most transient travelers would need, which has been helpful in driving conversions.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Given the types of reward partnerships they have, LaaSie's rewards program works best for hotels in cities or large tourist areas where there would be a lot of options for rewards to claim and redeem.
