What do you like most?
· Setup was very simple and guided by Devina · It takes upselling jobs at the desk out of reception's hands · Extra revenue · Good support
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
· More integrated connection with PMS: it would be great to have the option to have more notes added when extras/bids are accepted. Ie: when an early check-in is added a housekeeping note could be added to state this, currently we add this on manually when we accept the extra/bid.
