UpsellGuru has evolved to become an extensive suite of guest-facing technology from pre-check-in to in-stay communication and upselling, enabling most of their customers to design a customer journey from booking to checkout, with a single vendor.
UpsellGuru provides upselling-oriented systems for hotels and focuses on helping hotels to boost their revenue. Its product range includes an Upselling System, a Check-in System, an In-House System, as well as a Communication System, but also an Upselling System for Car Rentals. All these systems have a dynamic, automated and customized component.
UpsellGuru is a great tool to generate additional revenue through upselling. Many of our customers throughout New Zealand use UpsellGuru in their properties, which also works seamless with the integration to our system.
Great product.. Guestline has over 100 hotels interfaced with great results and great feedback from clients. Clients have also commented on the easy integration and excellent service provided by the team at Upsell Guru.

What has always differentiated the UpsellGuru platform is the uniqueness of its upselling technology, not just allowing accommodation businesses to upsell products and services at fixed prices but also enabling them to gamify with an intelligent bidding system, ultimately leading to higher conversions.
UpsellGuru's system acts all the way through the entire guest journey. It's a great choice for hotels or car rentals that are looking forward to offering customized upgrades in an engaging way. The interface is user-friendly and fully integrated with various systems such as PMS, CRM and many others.
We are able to onboard new hotels in matters of a couple of hours. Very easy setup that offers flexibility to customize the best upselling strategy for each type of hotel. We also love the bidding system which seems to be a first in the industry.
Our clients really enjoy the bidding system. Also the full integration to GL lets them automate the entire process, taking away the need for manual interventions. Clients have also commented on ease of use in comparison to other products.

UpsellGuru is an excellent upselling software with different features that can increase the revenue not just of your hotel rooms, but also of ancillary services. Give it a try, you may be surprised with the results.
Be creative with the way you package and market your room upgrades and additional items. The more creative and interesting products and services have the best conversion rate. This is also a great way to form partnerships with other organizations and tour operators.
Up-selling is one of the easiest way to achieve incremental revenue.
UpsellGuru does exactly that and really well, with a platform that (from feedback from clients) is easy to use and has immediate results.
