What do you like most?
One of the best tools in the hotel industry, very user-friendly. It is easy to use and saves us a lot of time and a lot of manual work in hotel operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We’ve been working with Flexkeeping since 2015 and together we’ve been improving a lot of features during these years. At this point, I consider there are no flaws in the software and I’m really happy with it.
